Look to the Front Page first all products including the pictures, informations, prices. Then if you want to buy it, just click ORDER on the right side.
2. After you clicked ORDER it will appear another pop-up window with the name "Application Form Purchasing Bali Incense."
3. Please starting from the number of unit that you want to purchase. 4. After fill-in the number of Unit of which product(s) you want to order, click Calculate Order and automatically the Total (Yen) will appear on the right side. If you fill-in wrong number of unit, just change the number of unit. Total Yen on the bottom of the form. (all prices are inclusive tax). 5. To see the product clearly and larger, just click on the small picture, then you will see the product on a large scale picture.
6. After all you have to check again and do not forget to add the handling cost (Takyubin fee). Please add the handling cost at the "商品 TOTAL (YEN)". Please be careful, once you click "Clear Form", then all number will be Zero (0). 7. Also please fill-in your Company's Name, the person responsible to order, full address (including Post-Code), telephone and fax, email address.
8. Check once more the Application Form. If OK, please click only once at the red-blue click botton annimation on the bottom of the Form. 9. Then you will see a new page like bellow:
10. We are also will send you a confirmation email to your email address. Please read carefully our email. 11. After we received the payment in our bank account, we will send the product(s) directly to the address as was filled-in by you refto the "Application Form" page. 12. Once again, please don't forget to add handling (postal) cost (when you transfer the money to our bank) as was mentioned HERE! 13. We will send the product(s) only for domestic Japan, by Takyubin (private company) or Post Office. If through Post Office, will be sent as ordinary post, without Registration. If you want us to send it by Registered Post, you have to add 350 yen more while you send the money to us. 14. Order from overseas (outside Japan) with the handling fee accordingly refto. international courier services fee and or Post Office fee. Therefore, customer want to send our product(s) to outside Japan, please ask us first the handling fee for certain countries. After decided together all the total costs, you could transfer the money to us. 15. We will guaranteed all the products upto one week from the day we sent it to you. If the product(s) broken/damage during the sending time (through Takyubin or Post Office), we will send you the new product(s) free of charge.
